Menu plan for week of 7/19

It is hot, hot, hot here in Baltimore. In colder weather, I’m happy to spend Sunday afternoons cooking. Not in summer! We played golf this afternoon and then I wanted to cool off with a dip in the pool. Knowing that we were having steaks on the grill and purchased mashed potatoes meant that I could play with a clear conscience!
