Menu plan for week of 5/31

Here is the menu plan for the week:


Grilled steak, hash browns and salad (Because the weather here is absolutely perfect and I want to be outside as much as possible!)


Marinated pork chops and rosemary polenta (Because all of a sudden, I’ve realized that we really like pork chops)


Smoked salmon crostata and green salad (Because breakfast for dinner is a nice break)


Grilled spicy sausage and white bean pizza (Because it’s Keith’s tennis night and this will be quick to throw on the grill)


Chopped chicken salad (Because summer is a good time to eat lighter)
