Grocery list for week of 5/10

Here is the grocery list for the week:

Produce

  • asparagus
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • mushrooms
  • avocados
  • shallots
  • spinach
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 lb small potatoes
  • salad greens
  • parsley
  • orange

Dairy

  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • milk

Meat and Seafood

  • Lamb chops (I normally get 1 loin and 1 rib chop per person but they had no rib chops)
  • shrimp
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 scallops per person
  • 1 salmon filet per person

Miscellaneous

  • Worcestershire
  • chopped almonds
  • cous cous
  • sundried tomatoes

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • butter
  • chicken stock
  • cornmeal
  • flour
  • Pinot Grigio
  • vegetable oil
