Grocery list week of 5/3

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • garlic
  • parsley
  • basil
  • mushrooms
  • leeks
  • 2 potatoes
  • watercress
  • salad mix
  • ginger
  • shallots
  • limes


  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • sour cream
  • milk
  • creme fraiche
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pepperjack cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • steaks of your choice (I got New York Strip steaks)
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 per person
  • 3 scallops per person
  • baby back pork ribs – 2 racks


  • chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • tomato juice (the marinade only uses a few tablespoons so I buy the small cans, you need less than a whole can and unless you love drinking tomato juice, it will go bad.)
  • hash browns
  • chicken stock
  • cous cous
  • rolls
  • pizza crust

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • sherry vinegar
  • basil
  • oregano
  • green peppercorns
  • pickled jalapeno
  • rice vinegar
  • honey
