Grocery list for week of 4/5

Here is the grocery list for the week (excluding the ingredients for the chicken/pesto lasagna)


  • broccoli
  • asparagus
  • salad fixings
  • spring onion
  • red pepper
  • lime


  • Jarlsberg cheese (I use a mix of regular and lite)
  • eggs
  • milk
  • half and half

Meat and seafood

  • 1 salmon filet per person
  • pork tenderloin
  • shrimp (I have some in the freezer)


  • frozen pie crust
  • flat rice noodles
  • tamarind concentrate
  • roasted peanuts

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • white wine
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • horseradish
  • hoisin sauce
  • honey
  • sherry
  • sesame oil
  • canola oil
  • garlic
  • fish sauce
  • soy sauce
  • sugar
