Menu plan for week of 2/28

Here is the menu plan for this week:


Cheese fondue and salad with grilled salmon (because we got a fondue pot and if we’re having cheese fondue as an appetizer we need a light dinner!)


Roasted chicken with kale, apples and leeks (because organic whole chickens are on sale at Graul’s and I love this meal)


Trout almondine and broccoli (because trout is also on sale at Graul’s this week)


Pasta with sauce (because they were sampling a delicious new jarred pasta sauce and I bought some)


From the freezer (because we have so many delicious things in the freezer and I’m trying to be better about using them – our freezer has seafood potpies, chicken chili, Mexican chicken soup, jambalaya and more!)
