Grocery list for week of 1/3

Here is the grocery list for the week:

Produce

  • butternut squash
  • lime
  • jalapeno
  • 4 onions
  • spinach
  • rosemary
  • baby potatoes
  • eggplant

Dairy

  • Fontina cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 1 roasting chicken
  • lamb chops (I bought a loin and a rib chop for each of us)

*I’ll get the salmon on Wednesday

Miscellaneous

  • 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • pine nuts
  • pizza crust
  • marinated roasted peppers

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • balsamic vinegar
  • capers
