Grocery list week of 10/25

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • brussels sprouts
  • 3 yellow onions
  • salad stuff
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes


  • eggs
  • milk
  • half and half
  • light Jarlsberg cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 1 large strip steak
  • 2- 3 oz pancetta
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
  • sweet Italian turkey sausage
  • bacon

NOTE: I’ll get the shrimp and salmon later in the week


  • chicken stock
  • 28 oz can diced fire roasted tomatoes
  • 2 cans black beans
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • frozen pie crust
  • 6 inch corn tortillas
  • canned green chilis
  • salsa
  • good bread

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • flour
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • basil
  • marjoram
  • garlic
  • mayo
