Menu plan for week of 10/4

Here is the menu plan for the week:


Oven roasted chicken breasts with vegetables and polenta (because it’s cold and raw and this sounds warm)


Spice rubbed pork tenderloin and cauliflower (because I have a pork tenderloin in the freezer and leftover rub from last week’s steak)


Chili (because I have chili in the freezer and Samantha has decided she likes chili)


Flatbread experiment (because our last few flatbread experiments have been so good)


Crab soup (because there is crab soup in the freezer and Thursday is soccer practice so easy is good)
