Menu plan week of 9/27

This week’s menu plan was heavily driven by the sales advertised in the Graul’s circular.  The prices on the ribeye and the pork tenderloin led me to go to my clipped out recipe file looking for some new inspiration.  Here is the menu plan:


Grilled rib eye steaks with corn on the cob


Spiced Pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes


Crab cake casserole and broccoli


Sage chicken Milanese and asparagus


Assorted flatbreads (we actually are attending a cocktail party that will hopefully provide enough food for dinner – flatbreads are the backup plan!)
