Menu plan week of 6/7

Here is the menu plan for the week:


  • shallots
  • parsley
  • eggplant
  • mache (or other greens)
  • zucchini
  • red pepper
  • red onion
  • fresh herbs
  • tomatos
  • yellow onion
  • ginger
  • lemongrass
  • garlic
  • jalapeno pepper
  • scallions
  • limes
  • Napa cabbage
  • watercress
  • carrots


  • goat cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Meat and seafood

  • veal chops
  • flank steak
  • bone in chicken breasts

NOTE: I’ll buy the shrimp on Wednesday


  • cashews
  • orange marmalade
  • chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • tomato juice

Check the pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • honey
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • sesame oil
  • chili garlic sauce
