Menu plan for week of 2/8


Shad roe with asparagus (because Keith and Samantha are going to a Father-Daughter event and I’m the only one who likes shad roe!)


Goat cheese chicken breasts and roasted broccoli (because a friend was talking about this amazing roasted broccoli and I can’t wait to try it)


Flank steak and salad (because Keith said he wanted flank steak)


Penang curry with rice (because it’s Keith’s birthday and that is what he picked)


Leftover flank steak on Caesar salad
