Menu plan for week of 11/16

Here is the menu plan for the week:


Dijon pork tenderloin and sauteed brussels sprouts (because it’s cold and we need something warm and comforting for dinner)


Honey ginger chicken with lime and rice (because we’re getting in a rut and I wanted to try something new so I went through my pile of clippings looking for inspiration)


Stir-fried rice noodles with shrimp (because we made it in our Thai class last week and I want to make it for Keith)


Pizza Amatriciana (because we haven’t had it in a while)


Soup from the freezer (because by Thursday, I’m tired)
