Grocery list for week of 11/2

NOTE: This does not include the chili ingredients.  You can search blog for chili and find any of the variations and I’ll repost on Wednesday.


  • garlic
  • shallots
  • cucumber
  • spinach
  • leeks
  • basil
  • sweet potato


  • Fontina cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • eggs

Meat and Seafood

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 2 – 3 oz Prosciutto


  • coconut milk
  • red curry paste (Mae Sri is the best brand – check an Asian market)
  • tamarind concentrate
  • peanuts
  • ravioli
  • pasta sauce

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • cumin
  • coriander
  • peppercorns
  • turmeric
  • soy sauce
  • canola oil
  • brown sugar
  • fish sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • sugar
  • mayo
  • panko
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika
  • flour
