Grocery list for week of 10/26

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • broccoli
  • 2 onions
  • red pepper
  • shallots
  • arugula
  • grape or cherry tomatoes


  • shredded Mozzarella cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast per person (or extra for leftovers)
  • Aidell’s sausages in assorted flavors
  • 2 country spare ribs

*I’ll buy the shrimp and salmon later in the week.


  • pesto
  • sundried tomatoes
  • sauerkraut (in a bag, not a can)
  • chicken stock
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
  • pizza shell
  • ravioli (I still have some from Trinacria in the freezer but they were sampling an interesting new one at Graul’s yesterday)
  • pasta sauce of your choice

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • canola oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
