Menu plan week of 9/28

Here is the menu plan for the week:

Sunday

Roast chicken and green salad (Because I want to make chicken stock)

Monday

Roasted balsamic dijon pork tenderloin and cous cous (Because I saw Ina make a beef tenderloin this way but pork tenderloin is on sale at Graul’s)

Tuesday

Chicken salad (Because I’ll have leftover chicken and Keith loves chicken salad)

Wednesday

Shrimp and Black bean salad (Because I want to try some new salads and I found a recipe that looked good)

Thursday

Ravioli with sauce (Because we went to Trinacria to shop for the party last weekend and stocked up on their ravioli – we have mushroom ravioli, lobster and crab, artichoke and something else in the freezer)
