Grocery list week of 9/28

Here is the grocery list:


  • salad greens
  • shallot
  • scallions
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red pepper

If you want to make chicken stock make sure you also get:

  • carrots
  • parsley
  • onion
  • celery


  • Parmesan cheese

Meat and seafood

  • 1 roasting chicken
  • 1 pork tenderloin

*I’ll get the shrimp on Wednesday


  • black beans
  • chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • ravioli
  • pasta sauce of your choice

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • butter
  • poultry seasoning
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • cous cous
  • mayonnaise
  • white wine vinegar
  • cumin
