New discovery

So on Saturday I made the Lobster Corn Chowder from Ina Garten’s recipe and we loved it.  The best part is there was extra so we had it again tonight.  It held beautifully.  Keith commented that you could easily make this and use the same amount of lobster meat, corn and potatoes and add extra milk and half and half if you wanted to stretch the recipe to serve to a bigger group.  This soup with a loaf of french bread and a salad would make an awesome casual dinner party.  You can find the recipe on The Food Network’s site (click hyperlink).  Here is a picture:
