Grocery list week of 7/13

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • broccoli
  • basil
  • red pepper
  • garlic
  • sweet onion
  • asparagus
  • snow peas
  • scallions
  • lemon
  • onion
  • arugula
  • zucchini


  • Parmesan cheese
  • half and half

Meat and Seafood

  • shrimp (about 1/3 pound per person)
  • tuna (Graul’s has good quality tuna on sale this week) – 1 nice piece
  • steak of your choice (Graul’s has Porterhouse on sale)


  • fresh rice noodles (get at an Asian grocery store)
  • pizza crust
  • Hoisin sauce
  • ranch dressing (homemade or store bought)
  • pasta
  • 28 oz can whole peeled plum tomatoes

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • flour
  • egg
  • olive oil
  • crushed red pepper
  • vodka
