Grocery list week of 6/15

Here is the grocery list for the week – heavy shopping at the produce stand!

Produce

  • eggplant
  • 2 -3 zucchini
  • bell peppers, mix of red, yellow and orange
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 – 3 tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • basil
  • chives
  • marjoram
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1 lemon

Meat and seafood 

  • lamb chops (I do one rib and one loin chop per person)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • bacon
  • frozen clam meat

*I’ll get the crab and salmon when we’re closer

Miscellaneous

  • good bread (for grilling for the veggie salad and for the salmon BLTs  – I bought a Semolina Batard)
  • 1 lb bowtie pasta
  • 1 jar sundried tomatoes in oil
  • pizza crust

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • Worcestershire sauce
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • celery salt
  • mayo
