Menu plan week of 3/9

This week is going to be a fun-filled week of cooking classes.  Christie and I are taking a sushi class tomorrow night and Samantha has a cooking class on Wednesday.  I made the chicken chili tonight so it is all ready for the nights that we are otherwise occupied.  Here is the menu plan for the week (taking advantage of the fact that Porterhouse steaks and boneless, skinless chicken breasts are on sale at Graul’s)


Grilled Porterhouse steak with garlic spinach


Chicken chipotle chili


Greek salad with shrimp


Leftover chicken chili


Tilapia for Daddy and Shad roe for Mommy and roasted asparagus
