Grocery list week of 8/4

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • salad greens of your choice
  • arugula
  • green beans
  • onion
  • red pepper (optional)


  • fresh Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Feta cheese

Meat and seafood

  • flank steak

NOTE: I’ll buy the tuna and shrimp later in the week


  • McCormick meat marinade
  • pasta of your choice
  • anchovies
  • olives
  • good bread
  • orzo
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • garlic
  • Dijon mustard
  • eggs
  • oregano
