Grocery list week of 7/28

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • 3 zucchini
  • onion
  • lime
  • scallions
  • tomatoes
  • basil
  • salad greens
  • cucumber
  • red onion


  • fresh Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Feta cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • bone in chicken breasts, 1 per person plus extra for leftovers
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 3/4 lb shrimp


  • red curry paste (you’ll find better quality curry paste in an Asian market)
  • coconut milk
  • pasta

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • poultry seasoning
  • white wine vinegar
  • red pepper flakes
  • garlic powder
  • garlic
  • rice
  • eggs
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • oregano
