Grocery list week of 6/2

Here is the grocery list for the week.  Add omelet fillings of your choice for Thursday.


  • salad greens (I like mache)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 3 limes
  • Napa cabbage
  • Romaine lettuce
  • carrots
  • mint
  • 2 lemons


  • Parmesan cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • soft crabs (1 – 2 per person)
  • flank steak

NOTE: I’ll get the shrimp on Tuesday.


  • pesto
  • meat marinade (I like McCormick’s)
  • chili garlic sauce
  • orange marmalade
  • anchovies (optional)

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • eggs
  • panko
  • peanut oil
  • mayonnaise
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • sugar
  • garlic
  • fish sauce
  • sesame oil
  • sesame seeds
