Grocery list week of 5/19

Here is the grocery list for the week (excluding Sunday)


  • 2 limes
  • spinach
  • mango
  • avocado
  • arugula
  • lemon
  • basil
  • green onions
  • asparagus
  • plum tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • yellow squash
  • red onion


  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 1/3 lb shrimp per person
  • steaks of your choice

NOTE: I’ll get the chicken later in the week but you could buy and freeze


  • chili garlic sauce
  • pizza crust

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • rice vinegar
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • cumin
  • coriander
  • peppercorns
  • brown sugar
  • honey
  • turmeric
  • coconut milk
