Menu plan week of 4/7

Here is the menu plan for the week:


Grilled swordfish with tomato and fennel sauce and cous cous


Grilled steak with brussels sprouts and chopped Italian salad


Pasta with asparagus and goat cheese


Chicken with pesto and sundried tomatoes and vegetable gratin


Greek salad with roasted shrimp

I love to cook and love to eat. I work full time and have a family so managing good meals during the week requires organization. I'm hoping to share my weekly menu plans and recipes to make things a little easier for those who want to follow along.
