Grocery list week of 3/10

Here is the grocery list for the week:


  • 2 lemons
  • 1 bunch leeks
  • asparagus
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 tomatoes
  • garlic
  • onion


  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • goat cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 2/3 lb shrimp
  • 1 Porterhouse steak for every 2 people
  • 1 chicken breast per person (I’m using boneless, skinless but you could use bone in – buy whichever is on sale)


  • artichoke hearts (I’m using frozen)
  • arborio rice
  • long grain rice
  • chicken stock
  • pasta of your choice (I’m suing orecchiete)
  • red pepper flakes
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • butter
  • white wine
  • canola oil
