Grocery list week of 1/13

Here is the grocery list for the week.  NOTE: This does not include the ingredients for the roasted vegetables for tonight as I have leftover from Thursday.  You could substitute cauliflower or baked sweet potatoes or check Thursday’s post.  It also does not include the chili ingredients as we had chili in our freezer.  Search blog for chili to find beef chili, chicken chili, turkey chili or chicken chipotle chili.


  • salad stuff
  • broccoli
  • shallots
  • lemon


  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • half and half

Meat and Seafood

  • pork tenderloin (on sale at Graul’s this week for $3.99 a pound)

NOTE: We’ll get the tilapia fresh on Thursday


  • beef  broth
  • cornbread
  • pistachios
  • croutons
  • ravioli (I’m using homemade from my freezer but get any good quality frozen)
  • pasta sauce

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • thyme
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • Dijon mustard
  • red wine
  • cous cous
  • panko
