Menu plan for week of 12/2

Here is the menu plan for the week:


Baby back ribs and lime coleslaw (because baby back ribs are on sale at Graul’s and we are not vegans!)  🙂


Ravioli from the freezer (because we won’t be able to eat at the same time and this is easy)


Grilled chipotle chicken with polenta (because I have chipotle marinade in the fridge and I love the polenta)


Shrimp and black bean quesadillas (because my husband requested it)


Rockfish with cauliflower (because I thought we should have fish)

I love to cook and love to eat. I work full time and have a family so managing good meals during the week requires organization. I'm hoping to share my weekly menu plans and recipes to make things a little easier for those who want to follow along.
