Ravioli report

I am feeling so pleased with myself.  We tried the spinach and the crab ravioli tonight.  The spinach ravioli I topped with some tomato sauce that was in the freezer and I made an herb butter sauce for the crab:

Herb butter sauce

  • 3 TB butter
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Melt butter with other ingredients.  Serve on pasta.  You could substitute any herbs that you like that you think would go well with your pasta.

I am most proud of the fact that all of the ravioli stayed together and I’m so happy that they are delicious because approximately 40 more spinach raviolis and 80 more crab raviolis in the freezer.  I was going to be really annoyed if I didn’t like it!
