Grocery list week of 10/21

Here is the grocery list for the week:

Produce

  • 3 shallots
  • garlic
  • baby spinach
  • sweet potato (we split one but you may want one per person)
  • 3 onions
  • 1 lime
  • 2 lbs leeks
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • asparagus
  • salad stuff

Dairy

  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/3 – 1/2 lb sliced Provolone cheese
  • sour cream
  • light Jarlsberg
  • goat cheese

Meat and Seafood

  • 1 flank steak (about 2 lbs)
  • boneless, skinless chicken (about 1 1/2 lbs)

Miscellaneous

  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • chili powder
  • ground cumin
  • chicken stock
  • 28 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 2 cans black beans
  • pizza crust
  • pasta of your choice

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • canola oil
  • flour
  • sugar
