Store list week of 9/23

Here is the grocery list for the week:

Produce

  • parsley
  • shallots
  • eggplant
  • mache
  • 4 zucchini (2 for grilled vegetable salad and 2 for grilled chopped salad)
  • red onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • red pepper
  • romaine
  • avocados
  • lemon
  • broccoli

Dairy

  • goat cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Meat and seafood

  • veal chops (1 per person – the same preparation is also good with pork chops if you prefer)
  • 4 -5 large shrimp per person
  • chicken, boneless, skinless breasts – 1 per person or extras for leftovers

NOTE: One of us will stop and get the crabmeat and tilapia on Wednesday

Miscellaneous

  • bread for grilling and putting on salad
  • marinade of your choice

Check your pantry and buy if you don’t have:

  • olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • honey
  • rice
  • panko
  • mayonnaise
  • capers
  • butter
  • flour
  • Worcestershire sauce
